Really innovative game with a classy atmosphere. Had fun crawling around my floor trying not to knock everything around me over with that giant backpack. Nice artwork for an indie game. Pro's: - unique experience - nice soundtrack - breaking stuff Con's - sometimes knocking stuff over coming out of the locomotion blur thingy - doen't let me steal some stuff in that big ol' pack! Would be nice to earn some money back that way. For this price an abolute steal, 10/10 would knock over that vase again

About This Game
Put on your oversized backpack and have make your way through an antique store. The faster you reach the register, the higher your score, but be careful not to break too much!
Alternatively, let out your inner hooligan in Destruction mode where you do as much damage as possible in a set amount of time.
The game is meant for roomscale and uses the WalkAbout locomotion system which allows you to rotate around your play area, independent of your position in game, so you never run out of room.
In the game you wear the backpack by placing your controller behind you in your belt or back pocket, so either a belt or pants are required to play the game.
I'd recommend to try the free demo, which represents the finished game, but with limited content.

Very peculiar game built arount the WalkAbout locomotion. The super cheap price worth even the free demo in my opinion (quite good demo, you can play a lot with it). You need some space, some real chaperone space, for appreciate the WalkAbout solution but if you had it's solid, and fit very well a game like Fine China. Nice graphics and music too. Weird thing: you should put a controller in your belt, for track your backpack.
My video review: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sdhv1cyVYWw I don't know how new "Walkabout" locomotion is. But it's genius. After playing for a while I almost feel like I'm continually walking forward. This type of walking in VR is something you must experience at least once. And for just $1 you can't go wrong.
Due to the lack of teleport or smooth locomotion, for a game so simple. It's completely unplayable, to move I have to push a button, the screen goes drunk blurry and you walk backward to move forward until you can't walk backward anymore. Then you turn it on again walk backwards, let go and go forward.. either I'm doing something wrong or I simply don't have enough space for this oversight of a locomotion system to work. I also think the game should have a fun mode that just lets you go into a room with no timer and no score and let you smash everything to your hearts content. Seems to be the point of the game in the first place.. You can't break china irl because breaking stuff doesn't make sense irl or would bring trouble? Break everything in VR and laugh like a manic the whole time without any repercussions. This is why VR is awesome.
Be prepared to contort, suck in your gut, hold your breath, crawl around your playspace, and laugh. Performance wasn't great before on a minimum-spec machine. Not sure if it was my GPU upgrade or the recent update, but runs great now.
Interesting concept. I think it would work best in a group but you do need a fair bit of space to get the most out of it. For the price it's well worth giving it a go! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mol0lHFw0mA&t=1s
