Another Brick in The Mall

As of 2025 the game is still as much of a buggy mess as it was in pre-release. No new updates since 2021. The modding support on this game is atrocious so QOL mods are few and far between. I would not recommend buying this game unless the developer wakes up from their slumber ~53 months now. I wish before I bought it, I would have reading the discussion threads to see how in disarray this game was.

It was fun for a few hours, but unfortunately there's no challenge and it's extremely repetitive. Basically once you've made a single successful mall - which will probably be second or third try - you will succeed every subsequent attempt. Game was released in a very bare bones state, it was lacking content even for an early access game, and to release it without adding much was not expected. Check version history (patches) on steamdb, version 1.0 was released on 30.04.2020, then a few updates for a week until 08.05.2020, then nothing for a year, one single update on 09.04.2021 and not a single patch or update since then and it's been over 4 years now. Developers are done and gone with this title, and it's very underwhelming considering it's price.
