A classic city builder. One of my favorites.
This game appears to have great potential, especially considering how many great reviews it has. Coming from other city builders I have no idea how this game works and its not intuitive whatsoever. I don't really feel like wasting my time looking on the internet for hand holding to get me through a game that is this old. If you are willing to do this though I'm sure it could be a great game.
