The game has no difficulty, no enemy, no nemesis. Theres nothing to worry about. Theres no other agency, no coalition of the willing, no James Bond, no President of Madagascar, no greenland. Just eternal boredom and lag. The techtree is just for lulz. You never need those gimmicks, just click the starting 10 buttons. The only difficulty here is to win the game before the lag makes it unplayable.

I like shadow government simulators, and so far this is the worst. There's no actual challange, no feeling of progress, the gameplay stucks at the few actions you do from the start. The player gets no fun and develops no desire to continue playing. Agenda is comparable to Plague, Inc. in most aspects of the game. But Agenda lacks replayability, has a "tech tree" which has no purpose and simplifies the universe it tries to cover to the extent it stops making any sense. Several points I'd like to make about the interface: 1. The font is way too small 2. The sound that's played when you start an operation is played at maximum volume, even though I reduced sounds volume to 10% from the start. But fixing that won't actually change anything and the game will still be empty, boring and annoying. If the developers intented to create a clicker, they have succeeded. But clickers are usually free.
Very simple game - not in a good way hovered. Simplicity and rather poor mechanics makes it quite borning with limited replayability factor.
Agenda is an enjoyable and fast strategic resource management game - unfortunately (for it's fame), it suffers from a lack of explanations (devs are currently working on these), wrong expectations and (not so much) a few bad design decisions. Here's what I liked and disliked about it on my first playthrough: PRO:

it looks cool... dark, simple, never hurting my poor coder eyes
it kept me busy... very short waiting times, a lot to do
it surprised me... because the world is changing dynamically all the time
it made me wonder... because many aspects are not obvious at a first glance
it made me decide... "make friends or supress their media? - destroy their military power or let them wage war?..."
it made me balance pros and cons... long term effects vs short term effects, faster route to victory or less suspicion?
it made me do only useful stuff... no minigames, sidequests or stuff like that - the game concentrates on what it is
it is mean/political...
its really boring, I wish they would add more features
Agenda seems to be a good concept done too simply and perhaps a bit too costly (too us gamers that is). Agenda attempts to, or at least I believe attempts to, combine the operational aspect of simulators like Evil Genius with part of the format of Plague Inc. This concept is done somewhat well but has some flaws. 1. Known bugs. I know its 2016 (state of the industry ect.) but better QA should have been done. I know part of it may be language related BUT a lot of the UI stuff should have been ironed out. Especially how sensitive the buttons are. Click the wrong place on a button and you exit the window. Speaking of Windows this seems to be only available for Windows 64 bit systems which the Dev forgot to put down which may make some users mad. 2. Goals for Regions and methods aren't so clear from the tutorial. The whole point of the game is to keep each region's power level at or just slightly above what needs to be in order to ally. This was not made entirely clear and thu...
Although the game itself in its current state isn't completely refined, it was an enjoyable experience to play. Pros

Great concept and idea.
Great points based leveling up system.
Great GUI that sells the game well.
Cons

Actions seem copied and pasted in some cases and you can feel at times like you're not making massive changes.
No multiplayer at this time.
Conclusion, the game does an amazing job of making you feel like some top secret entity controlling the world from the shadows but sadly loses it's strengths when it comes to the actions you take and their reactions. Actions can seem like they've been pulled from a template and just changed some numbers and values. like
start operation -> Resolve operation -> Message pop up -> stats change.
The game itself is quite enjoyable though and I would say I have gotten back a reasonable amount of play time and fun from just a few hours of playing it. Yes, it has its fault...
The game concept is intelligent and intriguing, remind something about modernal Political Ciences, Bourdieu conception of symbolic, cultural and material capital and sociological concept of Agency (Latour), making the game a real lesson of politics in a globalized and corporative world. The game, although, have problems in playability: - Economy (material capital) rules everything in the game, what make some sense, but in the game it's very hard to adquire this sort of resource, despite politic and technological domination in thir part of world, what don't make much sense. All resources in political science should complete a superestrututal system of domination (Marx), so all is correlated. Must have a balance of power between the resources - Globalized world does not know frontiers, so don't make much sense those ingame territorial limits - Military, Sciences and Media is less important than money in operations, what turn these resources useless - Objectives could variate, lik...
It's not there yet, but I hope it will be soon.
