Elements of all kinds of nostalgic greats like Castlevania, Star Tropics, Zelda II, Sid Meier's Pirates! Puts up a fight like an old school game, but includes crafting/upgrading systems. Beautiful balance of the old and new. Can't wait to put some more time in to this one. Highly recommend!

Retro piratey goodness with a consistent pixelated art style and unbelievably well put together world for a map of this absolute magnitude. Give it enough time to get going and once you're behind the wheel of your ship you won't even know what to do because you haven't had this much freedom since Skyrim! I played the demo Beta and I can't wait to dive into it again.

It took me a little while to get the feel for this game, but after I did I really liked it. Unfortunately it suffers from a bit of lack of direction. Eventually I figured out what to do by basically going everywhere. Now I'm kinda stuck again. Not much of a wiki community for a game with 5 reviews. It's fun and I hope the game isn't abandoned. Haven't seen an update since it came out?

A nice mix of Sid Meier's Pirates and Zelda 2. Surprised it doesn't have more attention. It's already worth checking out at this state and if they keep adding more content this could turn out to be something pretty special.
