About This Game

Foxhole is a massively multiplayer game where thousands of players shape the outcome of a persistent online war that lasts for weeks. Players ARE the content in this sandbox war game. Every individual soldier is a player that contributes to the war effort through logistics, base building, reconnaissance, combat, and more.

Massively Multiplayer Warfare - Thousands of players connect to the same world and fight in a persistent war that lasts for weeks. Immerse yourself in a sandbox that includes hundreds of hand crafted towns, villages, and other areas of interest.

Logistics - Comprehensive logistics game where every bullet, weapon, vehicle, and drop of fuel is produced and supplied by real players. Win battles by cutting off supply lines or sabotaging infrastructure behind enemy lines.

Trench Networks - Fortify your front line with trench lines and bunker networks. Build underground bases with ammunition storage, engine rooms, intelligence centers, and artillery emplacements.

Weather System - A fully dynamic weather system that simulates snow and rain storms. Weather can have a profound impact on the battlefield, freezing over rivers, disabling equipment, and limiting artillery effectiveness.

No Man’s Land - Unleash devastating artillery bombardments that can permanently level towns and transform landscapes into a desolate no man's land.

Tank Combat - Dozens of tank classes and variants supporting tank crews with gunner, commander, and engineer roles. Tanks can be tracked, have their fuel tanks ruptured, or be disabled and feature an armor system with penetration and deflection mechanics.

Naval Warfare - Construct impressive fleets of Battleships, Destroyers, and Submarines. Launch massive beach invasions to claim territory on distant shores.

Train System - Players can design and build large scale railway systems, enabling supplies, vehicles, and other equipment to be hauled over long distances across the persistent world.

Facilities -Construct and manage industrial bases that can be developed into mass production centers or shipping ports servicing hundreds of logistics players every day.

Terrible moderation team, it's all automated they allow large regiments to mass report you and suspend your account without recourse while allowing actual neo-nazis to run rampant. I would not recommend buying this game until they get moderators who actually do something to stop this state of affairs.

This game is a lot of fun, but don't come expecting to play the hero. Do your part and your fellow players will commend you.

One of, if not, the greatest video game I've ever played. Might seem overzealous but you pay 30$ for: - A consistent game-play loop of infantry, tanking, naval and logistical delivery - Consistent communication by the devs (Not the best but definitely better than most studios out there) - Engaging community presence where anyone can jump in This game definitely is worth buying off or on sale, no season passes, no paid DLCs, no hidden fees, just a 30$ cost and that's IT.

really fun game where you're just a single small part of a massive war. but don't let that fool you into thinking nothing you do matters. even if you just spawn on a frontline and fight for 30 minutes, your actions still make a difference in the war, for better or worse. spawned at a base that was getting sieged by two enemy tanks and held them off for about 30 minutes by firing rockets at them from a nearby cliff. even though we ended up losing the base after some time, that delay was 30 extra minutes of them not being able to attack us further up, giving the other bases time to build up defenses. combat is fun and balanced between whatever of the two factions you pick, and logistics seem complex, but once you understand it, you'll be supplying bases in no time. I'd say its worth the price and the game is still getting major content updates as of the time of this review. buy a copy so I have more people to kill >:)

This is shaping up to be the best war game I've ever played and I'm not even the biggest fan of the top down view. Here's why it's beats out every other war game. - The war is dynamic and player driven, way more so than in a game like Helldivers. - Combat has more meaning than it ever could in an EA or Craptivision game because players have to build and supply the frontline. If they don't, the front collapses and their team loses resource nodes to war with. The stakes are tangible and higher than just padding stats to brag about, fighting in a skirmish zone frozen in time. - Sure you can play to pad your stats but this game does a great job of making you feel like you're a part of something bigger than yourself. - There's roughly 5-6 roles you can effectively play and each of those roles has a lot of ways you can play it. - Clans matter here in a way they don't in other games because of how hard it is to do work and make progress on things like vehicles on your own where as in Destiny...

I love this game so much and I put so many hours into it, but Devs are ruining it by making it worse every update.

Once one gets past the "i don't know what to do stage," then you will find an ONION of things to do and the game gets good fast as once you know what your doing!!

its a great game with a lot of teamplay into it, its hard to sometimes find enough people and organise them properly but nontheless when you do its an amazing experience, playing solo is also pretty good as all you do impacts the war one way or another. i also see a lot of talk about being banned and mass reported, i personally havent experienced that playing majority of my time solo and usually if you did get reported its first of all because you pissed someone off. and that someone happened to be part of a big clan. if you did something that pissed a dude then you already are doing something wrong. best way to avoid misunderstandings? use your voice chat in game and communicate that you are new and dont know whats right or wrong and obviously dont steal other people's work. now by no means i didnt had conflicts in the game i actually did quite a lot but i never did something to the point whre people just mass reported me and got me banned. now what actually can get you...

DO NOT buy this game. Clans have taken over the game and the developers' balls because they don't want to do anything. I've witnessed clans ban players just because they don't want them playing. At best, you'll endure waves and waves of "allies" who keep taking everything you need (without warning you) to produce resources and send them to the front and you go from being a support at the front to trying to recover what is necessary to continue all the time. the worst community in a game that any of those understand. I will never recommend it.

I have never had a game fill me with so many powerful emotions quite as quickly as Foxhole. Within the first 6 minutes of doing logi I started contemplating and planning the extermination of everyone who abandoned locked vehicles in the middle of the road. 11/10
