Apparently it doesn't natively support HOTAS set ups, except for some plastic toy Thrustmaster brand I guess? And it expects you to play with a Xbox controller out of the box from the looks of it. I wasn't expecting a flight sim but not having proper control mappings is just awful for a game.

Super fun arcade style dog fighting game. Playing with dual joysticks and the VR mod (UEVR) makes it top-notch. There is a story, but you're not really playing it for the story :/

nice game, simple missions, end boss fight wasn't too enticing. highly recommend project wingman for more fun :) Play in English if you don't understand Japanese, cause you need to listen to comms.

Good levels, good flying, good missile beeps and super high g turns that'd turn a person into mush, good characters, good planes (many planes), therefore, good game

This game was both true to the old school Ace Combat (AC4 for me) while also showing great technical growth and fun gameplay. I really enjoyed playing this game.
