Ughh. where to begin... I love the idea of this game. But that's all I can love about it... Graphics are decent, no complaints about the audio. So darn tedious, and not in a fun intricate detail kind of way... but more of a OMG how many more times do i have to do the SAME DARN THING.... I played the first two missions. You lay down road cones, I don't even know how many, but you have to pick one up from the truck, and place it on the marker, simple, yes.. but after 20 I think we get the point. Place a few cones, drive the truck forward, place a few cones, drive the truck forward rinse and repeat. Next part of the mission is painting lines, basically it's grabbing the paint machine lining it up and walking in a straight line pressing space at the beginning of each line, once you get a rythym going it's a peice of cake, and goes by relatively quickly. deffinatly not worth the money
Having worked the mundane world of road construction, this game nails one thing: The mundanity of it all. Graphics are mediocre, the physics model is hilariously nonexistent, and the overall execution reminds me more of the $10 games you'd see at Target in the late 1990's than anything I'd expect to buy in 2017. It was worth the $2 in the Summer Sale, but I honestly can't see much appeal beyond that. Having said all that though, it's a great game to play while doing something else - maybe in class, or watching Netflix. It might benefit from some licensing/branding.
