Victor and Olivia are back! While they're wanting just some rest, they find themselves on a land where Olympus Gods are reigning... or more important, they were reigning as the land is in disarray. Olivia got sucked into another world, captured by a demon, leaving Victor to embark on a journey to save his wife. Weather Lord: Legendary Hero follows Following the Princess. However, the game has new mechanics and new graphics. The gameplay brings back the deck of the three weather elements, which is better as you don't have to find them anymore on the level. While workers are still collecting ressources, now, you don't have trees or fields or mines. You have to build a grain mill to have fields to harvest, a sawmill for trees to chop and mines to get gold. Improving these buildings will allow you to increase your production. Compared to other Weather Lord games, [i]Legendary Hero[/i] is very basic and boring. The unique series mechanics are oversimplified, it's overly easy to get three stars, and you quickly end up with a glut of resources you don't need. Furthermore, it's slightly buggy; all the main levels were unlocked as soon as I started the game, so pressing play jumped me to the last level unless I specifically selected the next one, and I occasionally got tutorial pop-ups for gameplay elements I'd already encountered several levels before. Weather Lord: Legendary Hero is another awesome time management game in the Weather Lord series. It's similair to the 12 Labors of Hercules. It has nice graphics and characters. As with most games in this genre, you gather resources, you build several different building types which can be upgraded, use various power ups and try to beat the timer. Where the Weather Lord series differs is the weather tools. Sun to dry up, clouds to grow, and others. I do wish that the developers would add Steam achievements. There are in game achievements and most of the others in the series have them. It's not absolutely neccessary, but it would be a nice addition. I highly recommend this game and series if you like the genre.

You will probably enjoy this if you like this genre.

I'm giving this 4.5 stars. I really enjoyed the game, I liked looking for the hidden puzzle pieces, and the music wasn't annoying. I will continue to buy any Weather Lord games that are released and look forward to future releases. I took off half a star because there are no achievements, which I expect in a collector's edition game.
