About This Game

Liveza: Death of the Earth – a classic platformer.
A global catastrophe has literally torn our planet apart, breaking Earth into many pieces. You are the survivor that explores the remains of our planet and investigates the anomalies that have settled upon it. You start out with only a single item: a broken weapon that also functions as a flashlight. Along the way, as you fight off dangerous creatures, you will find useful tools that will help you jump great distances, slow down the passage of time, or even find hidden objects that you otherwise cannot see.

Liveza is a game that has failed to learn from the mistakes of its predecessors while at the same time suffers from a lack of consistency between tone and design. Hardcore platformer fans may appreciate the goals the game set out to achieve however Liveza ultimately presents an unsatisfying experience.

I never like giving bad reviews, but I really want to know what the hell they tried to do with this one. First off, absolutly no music. Just the constant ping of you getting hit and losing health. Second, what am i trying to do in this game. I guess wonder around and collect items that have no importance at all. I guess you can't expect much from a two dollar game or whatever this piece of shit was but come on. They would have been better off just making this the old metrodvania/shooting platformer or something. I really love the fact that games are art and anybody can put their creations out there for others to experience it but I think Steam should really start filtering/weeding out crap games. I would rather go and play some atari games. On a final note, I'm not trying to be negative but don't waste your money on this boring game and also don't believe any reviews that say its good. Its most def. NOT!!!!!!!!

This was a very disappointing purchase. Wierd controls with no way to change bindings, no options menu, escape takes you to the main menu where if you press continue you start the level over again. There is also no exlpanation as to how to play or even why. Every new area "resets" your weapon so that any leftover ammo is gone. It was a waste of money and did not deserve even the few minutes of time I wasted on this piece of garbage.

I am 32 years old. My ex-wife and I have a daughter together, and we adopted our son together. Both are now 4 years old. When we were going through our separation, I felt lost and unhappy. I was self-destructive. One day, I was so angry with everything spiraling out of control that I punched a concrete wall in a moment of overwhelming emotion. This resulted in breaking my fifth metacarpal in my right hand—the hand I worked with, played games with, and used to carry my children to bed—the hand I desperately needed to ensure I could continue providing. Upon learning the severity of the self-inflicted damage, I became almost suicidal. Keep in mind that just a few months before this, I was the happiest man, with no history of depression or anxiety. I had never experienced anger outbursts, nor was I the type to break down and cry, but I was in a tough situation that truly prevented me from seeing the light on the other side. With nothing better to do, I looked for a game I could pla...

It looks nice, but otherwise the game is terrible. Control is unpleasant, there is no feeling of clear control.
