About This Game
The Room Three continues the tactile puzzle-solving gameplay of its predecessors while considerably expanding the world for the player to explore. Once again, Fireproof Games have re-built, re-textured and re-lit every asset and environment to bring the mysterious world of The Room to life.
In The Room Three you find yourself lured to a remote island, where you must draw upon all your puzzle-solving ability to navigate a series of trials devised by a mysterious figure known only as “The Craftsman”.
Fireproof Games are a small independent team working in Guildford in the UK. We self-published our first game The Room on iPad in September 2012 and were stunned with both the critical success and our new-found fan-base, not to mention multiple international awards. The Room games have since changed our lives and we hope you enjoy playing them as much as we enjoyed making them.

After completing the third game, I was genuinely surprised by what I had just experienced it’s easily one of the best puzzle games I’ve ever played. One minor downside is that, in some cases, certain levels or tasks can feel a bit repetitive, and a few puzzles are quite tricky to find. But honestly, that’s part of the challenge and charm of the game. The satisfaction that “ahhh, uhhh” moment when you finally figure something out is just incredible. I loved the concept of collecting all four cards, and the different endings kept me excited and curious about what’s next. As always, I absolutely recommend playing this game if you’re into puzzle games and have played the first two. For me, it’s even better than 1 and 2, and I’d recommend it any day.
The Room Three is like a fancy escape room made by someone who really loves gears and secret compartments and probably owns way too many magnifying glasses. The puzzles are clever but sometimes feel like they were designed by a watchmaker who’s been locked in his own attic for too long. The atmosphere is deliciously spooky but not scary spooky more like Victorian-parlor-full-of-haunted-lockboxes spooky. The story? It’s there. Somewhere. Probably in a drawer I forgot to open. Still fun. Still satisfying. Still not entirely sure what I just solved but hey the door opened and I’m calling that a win. Buy it if you like puzzles, mysterious mansions or pretending you’re Sherlock Holmes on a caffeine bender. And if you have still got "room" in your Steamlibrary. :D
Challenging puzzles Spooky atmosphere Enjoyed 8/10
Absolutely fantastic addition to The Room series, I found this game to be my favorite so far. Even though the second game was a little bit of a letdown, this game brings it all back and then some. Highly recommend this game. looking forward to playing the last game.
I played this game after one and two and as much as I enjoyed this game, I will say it took a lot longer for me to complete compared with the others. I did feel there was a bit more back and forth compared with the first two, but this just made the game feel more complete, so not really a complaint. After completing the main game I did have to look up a guide for how to unlock the alternate endings, as it wasn't immediately obvious without the hints, but nice to have a little bit of extended content once you think you are done with the game.
man i love this series
Bought the bundle of 4. It was honestly a great deal for all of them, and was a great way to spend some hours. Would recommend if you like puzzle games, for sure.
Alright game
This game fully realises the vision of The Room 2. I spent longer than both the first two games combined. My only real gripe is that doing the ending repeatedly for the variations was a little tedious, but most of actually unlocking the different endings was pretty fun.
