Maybe I am missing something but besides nostalgia this game has nothing. You start with 2 factions only and the "upgrade" gives you one faction and another "german" faction. Like the war was fought by only 2 factions in the entire world, the US/UK vs Germany. And normally I wouldn't complain as much since the game does look and feel great even 20 years later but when a Stug beats 2 of my shermans cause all my shells just bounce off and it also moves 3 times faster and can run while also staring at me with it's front armor as to not take any damage at all, I thought damn Germany is OP. I switched sides but played the "panzer" germans and went for Panzer 4 which should be better than the Stug. Surprise surprise, the enemy melts my panzer 4 while I barely make a dent in their buildings or even armored units. The first game the enemy just had 5 tanks out of nowhere since I held most of the fuel and points on the map, I only won with victory points cause they razed my base 5 times faster t...
