This is the number one most embarassing thing I've ever seen on Steam. And I own 20 out of 21 Digital Homicide titles. And those are more competently made than this abomination. For crying out loud ... Some guy took Gameguru, a software toy that is not at all suited to commercial game development, or indeed meant to be used for anything but building ultra-basic game concepts and sharing them with friends, and decided he would try running the same scam DH did: copy and paste what amounts to little more than tutorial content and sell it on Steam. (Heck, there are tutorial levels included with Gameguru that is more content-rich than what you're getting here.) It's like the developer is playing some kind of horrible joke on the consumer: A suburban front door is used as a city gate! The same two buildings copied and pasted dozens of times! The same character models copied and pasted! Horrible animation! No dynamic shadows! The same dopey music they use in that medieval tutoria...

About This Game
You wake up and find you have no idea where you are. Worse, you barely remember anything about the recent past. The only thing you're holding on to is your son's voice, crying for you helplessly, and your wife screaming she loves you, but you can't recall what was happening during that time. Ahead of you is a dirt path, so you follow it. You walk right into a village. You look around and inquire if anyone can help you, but no one is interested in assisting unless you have copper to pay them in return. You go and talk to the ammunition dealer, and he makes you a deal. If you can complete a series of risky quests for him, he will pay you for them individually. Along with taking the time to collect copper, and maybe complete some daring quests, you set out on your journey to look for your wife and son.
How far are you willing to push yourself to regain your memories of what happened?

More Info:
Project RPG is mainly an open world role-playing game, but it also consists of many different genres; horror, action, storytelling and mystery. We wanted to ensure the game has a little something for a wide variety of players. The quests, depending on how you choose to play the game, will vary from being guided with help to find your family, to being left to find out where to go on your own, to how much of the game you view before completion. There are many sites for you to explore, for example the ghoul-infested asylum. Also, the bonuses (weapons, unlocked doors, etc.) you receive after the quest, will be determined by the choice of quest and which villager assigned it.

Don't listen to anyone who says that this is a good game. This game is a mish mash of several demos from the Game Guru software (I own the software and have messed around with the demos, so I know this for a fact). How this is permitted to be available on Steam for purchase is beyond me. Even at such a low price, it's a ripoff. You can just buy the Game Guru software and play the demos seperately. There's not much else added into this "Early Access" title. What you should really do is invest a cool, crisp 10.99 dollar bill in Corona Motorsport, the revolutionary racing game constructed from the ground up by a mad genius young man known as Lucas Game. You will see no reused assets from Game Guru or 10 fps sound zones that repeat the same line. You will encounter holes upon holes, and wonderful varying weather patterns all to test if there is something fundamentally wrong with your computer. Please do not buy this game, but purchase Corona Motorsport instead. You'll have a better time...
If you enjoy games like The Witcher 3, Skyrim or God of War this game is perfect for you. The negative reviews come from people with bad hardware. Even i am barely able to get 4k/65 fps with ray tracing on with my 2080 Ti. You have to deal with performance issues in a massive open world rpg with top tier graphics like this one. The orchestral soundtrack is a blast. I love it. My favourite song is slightly artistic. I heard that the story takes forever to complete and that it can be pretty demanding gameplay wise with the puzzles and all of that. But it's definitely worth it. Just buy this game. You don't want to miss out on this one. Trust me.
I searched on Google "Ugly steam backgrounds" and found this game :D
Please give me back my money.... PLS....
This game saved my life. I am 42. My ex-wife and I have a daughter together, and adopted our son together. They are now both 4 years old. When we were going through our separation, I found myself lost and miserable. I was self destructive. I got so mad one day from everything spiraling out of my control that I punched some concrete in a moment of overwhelming emotion. That caused me to break my 5th metacarpal in my right hand... my working hand... my games hand.. the hand that I held and carried my children to bed with.. The hand I desperately needed to make sure I could continue to provide. After learning of the severity of my self-inflicted damage, I was borderline suicidal. Keep in mind that just a few months before this, I was the happiest man with no history of depression or anxiety. I have never had fits of rage, or been one to break down and cry, but I was in a low spot that just really buried me from being able to see the light on the other side. Having nothing better to d...

The name in the taskbar is "Game Guru", they did not even bother to change that. The fact that this kind of content exists makes me sad.
