About This Game
Sit behind the wheel of multiple vehicles such as excavator, drill, front-end loader, bulldozer, and others. The whole gold mining operation depends on your steering skills!
Experience the challenging life of a chief mechanic. Various parts of machines can break when least expected and cost you big time.
Keep improving your gold mining business. Start with a simple bucket and a hog pan, lease your first claim, and upgrade it to next tiers, as you begin to dig gold.
Admire highly detailed vehicles and gold mining machines. Purchase new and more efficient wash plant parts to increase your earnings.
We created a big, detailed world with four unique gold mining claims. On each, you will find a fully deformable terrain. Each fragment of our world has its own background story you can discover in your spare time.

It's chill. Looking forward to the second one
The controls feel clunky, and there’s no real sense of direction in the game. You start with $0, yet somehow the first steps are to go to the bank, lease land, and then buy equipment? That logic just doesn’t add up. I know my way around gold prospecting in real life—I own multiple sluice boxes and two dredges (currently collecting dust, thanks to Tennessee laws). I’ve prospected some of the toughest gold in East TN, and this game just doesn’t capture anything close to reality. The mechanics feel completely unrealistic. For example, you pan one shovel of dirt and suddenly pull out 10 nuggets? LMFAO—sure. In real life, I can pan 10 shovels of East TN dirt and maybe find one speck of gold if I’m lucky. Overall, nothing about this game feels remotely legit.
This game used to be Gold Rush game, licensed from Discovery Channel. All attempts to make games with Discovery Channel connections seems to have failed. Deadliest Catch: The Game, Diesel Brothers: Truck Building Simulator, Street Outlaws: The List, ... Maybe Discovery Channel licensing options are horrible. Or just so expensive, that there is no money left for actual game development. This game seems to have plenty on half baked features too. Controlling heavy machine with keyboard makes brain hurt, when not done properly. Even simple excavator has nearly dozen axles of movement. And user should be able to control most simultaneously and fluently, without looking at keys. That does not happen here. First tier is gold mining is pretty much done with shovel, bucket and pan. That part was only bit grindy and mostly fun. Even second tier was still fun, just light machinery and bit better tools. And just one man, digging for gold. This game does feels fun for first 20 hours or so. The...
Too much and not enough at the same time Seem good if you like tedous stuff and bugs or glitches
No chain tow hooks on quad / side by side !? Cant even tow the pickup truck, when its out of fuel !!? Cant tow trailers for refueling tank, fuel hose place in tank at fuel pump, gas / diesel station does not work, totally glitches 99% of the time!!? Fuel Burn rates unrealistically high!!? unless that time scale related, ran at 3x time. Douth any of these glaring issues will be fixed in GS2!? Stay clear of this title even at <$12 price :/
Played for an hour, it's irritating, bugged to the core, and unintuitive, the tutorial teaches you nothing, cause you already have everything in it, and the fucking excavator part, digging for straight 20 minutes cause it bugged out, lags every 20 seconds (i have rtx 2050 and tenth gen i3 cpu, 16gb ram), you cant dig everywhere so youre forced to run with water buckets, and even if some railings look like you can put pans there you fucking can't, why? I don't fucking know, peaces fall under the map, overall boring shit and im Happy i refunded it 1/10
I HAVE HAD THIS GAME FOR 2 DAYS AND I HAVE ALMOST A DAY OF PLAYTIME I AM ADICTED
