Not Recommended

As is often the case for me, I finished it (iirc) to get my moneys worth and because I'm stubborn. I loved the original and also the setting and the fantasy of shapeshifting. But for whatever reason I didn't particularly enjoy the game, it was frustrating and a bit of a chore, lacking the charm I hoped for. Not terrible, but I can't recommend unless it's in a sale.

I'm really torn on this one. At its core, it's a creative, gorgeous, and fun game. However, the controls can drive you nuts. Especially when fighting enemies, you can't help but feel cheated sometimes. Also, for a game whose core mechanic is transforming into different animals, it's pretty annoying to have to open the menu for that every time.

Action-based side-scroller where you play as a young adventurer that can morph into different shapes to solve different puzzles and collect upgrades to get through the game. It's quite enjoyable and not that difficult to figure out anything so should be suitable for all ages.
