Underrated game.
cannot play the game, always asking microsoft C++ 2015 runtime, even after i installed it, the game is always asking. anybody could help?
You sit at the restaurant with your young son, he says he is hungry. You agree to get him dinner. You open up to the kids menu, your child is far to young for adult food. Chicken nugger stares at you from the page. You don’t understand. Your palms get sweaty and your son complains. He says he is hungry. Your mind strains, searching for an answer in a world of sweer potato and french fried. You try to order the chicken nugger, but you cannot. The words cannot escape your lips. Your son is hungry, he complains. The waitress stares at you, her head a spinning chicken nugger, her arms swinging french fried. Your son cries the tears of a chicken nugger-less child. In your mind you scream. It is raining sweer potato now, you have french fried engraved on your left temple and you do not understand. Your son weeps in the corner, he is starving. Starving for the chicken nugger.
THE CAKE IS A LIE!!! TLDR: Flappy bird meets Super Meat Boy... what's not to like!? 8.5/10 Included is my first playthrough if it helps =) https://youtu.be/iIxvTPwBT5M Pros: - Aggravatingly charming. - Lots of levels, and more to come - Great graphics and art style - the little "Bocks" every time you flap, are FREKIN addorable - No cleanup required Cons: - Very hard to play without a controller - Not an easy game... although not rly a con for some. - Can get repetitive after a long period of time. - May raise blood pressure - Post Traumatic Tenderloin Disorder I was a huge fan of Flappy Bird, and given the chance to re-experience that wonderful frustration in a new Platformer game, I flapped right on it! ;D It plays very well IF, and that if is very important, you have a controller. I tried it with a keyboard, and it was much much harder. Still very doable of course, but without a controller you are going to have a lot more frustration, and a lot higher bloodpressure after a fer ...
Harder than flappy bird
This is the closest thing I've ever been to a chicken. 10/10, would be chicken again
I'm sad this game died. It was fun.
This game is quite fun but after awhile the fun wears off. In truth the developers in my own opinion were ‘lazy’ granted I understand the vision at first was for a single player then adding in split screen co-op made sense HOWEVER in this day and age and especially uploading to steam the developing team should have considered working in a online multiplayer. If they were to INCLUDE it (see fourms for dev’s mention of possibly adding as dlc or standalone) I see this game staying under the radar of popularity with low sales. Word of advice to the developers, if you wish your game to sale PLEASE include a multiplayer and I GUARANTEE sales will rocket especially when youtube celebs begin playing it. Though time will tell this game is fun and quite entertaining (for a short time) but without a co-op/versus (lan/internet) this game will fall in the to junk pile. Till some sensible multiplayer is implemented I cannot suggest this game to anyone.
The best way to describe chicku is some wierd combination of Super meat boy and Flappy bird GOOD - it looks and sound good. Very goofy, playfu and gruesome theme that works very well - the gameplay is most of the times very fun.(depending on what level you are on). like mentioned earlier its probably inspired by SMB and Flappy Bird and it has taken the most appealing parts of thoose two games and merged them well. - Motivates the player to replay levels to get coins and unlock hats \^O^/ - a lot of varied levels to play - no bugs encountered! gratz! - fun but slightly too chaotic multiplayer mode. BAD -I only have one negative thing about the game to say but its a biggie for me. some of the levels are very unfair and not fun at all especially lvl 45... which is a fun idea but a horrible experience to actualy play. All the hardest levels are sadly at the moment the least satisfying. because they require precision to complete and the game lacks that in some of the controls, which leads...
