SQUIDS FROM SPACE

Awesome. Fat Princess fans, this is it. This game is awesome, and is the closest thing you'll find to Fat Princess on PC. We need more players!!! It is way too cool. I like the variety of weapons, and the asymetry between the two teams (human vs squids).

Well, this is a nice game. A team-based top-down shooter with MOBA elements. The human and squid teams are distinct and have their own gameplay styles. Each match starts with both teams collecting stuff scattered across the entire map to get better weapons and abilities, but the main goal is CTF: capture 3 human commanders or squad brains. The game is really fun and has awesome graphics, specially the game effects. It also features destructible environment, which is really great. If two teams are even then the match might stretch for an hour long of endless massacre. However, SFS also has it's shortcomings connected with the early access status of the game, which are: 1) Lack of content (Maps, customizations, new phases etc) 2) Communication - there's no chat in this game at all right now! 3) Latency and Servers - I have only 1 server available. Also the game feels like it stutters (The input is delayed up to 1.5 seconds) and the ping is pretty high. 4) Balance - squids seem to ha...

Good game, but sadly no more development. If it was full of players I would have still played it. AI is terrible. There is always one team either humans or squids that AI completelly forgets to pick up stuff to progress level. So you are basically alone agains an entire enemy team. This is even worse if you play squid team. Too bad.

this game was a lot of fun and good laughs. devs seem cool, supportive of their community, and looking to expand. definitely worth.

Great artwork/animations, sound effects and music combined with a sci fi "B" movies feel and humour together with upgrades/levelling XP, and loads of different weapons and other stuff combined with destructible scenery. Good bot AI. Regular input from the devs on Steam forum and Discord. Real fun gameplay. Very addictive.

Since Feb. 2020 no updates, no new content ... nothing. This Game is not in Early Access, this game is dead!! Steam should stop selling it!

All of the hours I spent in my life playing Fat Princess...is probably going to be nothing compared to my time on Squids from Space. It's a team based 8v8 action/strategy, humans vs. squids, with multiple weapons, powers, and vehicles to choose from. Different game modes and maps also change the strategy of your attack (or defense?) per round! Do you spend time collecting resources to upgrade your team's weapon arsenal, or do you concentrate on the immediate goals to get a head start against the opponents?

Pretty fantastic! The initial map is a real playground with all the tools available. Brings me back to my dev days. Thanks Fun Bits!

SQUIDS FROM SPACE or the ultimate b-movie top down pvp shooter ))) Unreal engine 4 never looked so sexy and the devs too... Overall having fun recording and playing, fully support and love at most. probably a indie goty contender

This game is fun, at first i thought the squids were the only worthwile team to be on like most games where teams have seperate gameplay styles but it was fun on both teams, sadly i think ive only played against bots So please get this game and increase the player base
