About This Game

What is one small step for a human, is one GiAnt adventure for an Ant....

Become an Ant in this fun filled first-person platformer from the indie solo developer at 'Wreck Tangle Games'. Roam vast human sized worlds as a tiny little ant, but this is no Ant Simulator! This is an AntVenture! Our protagonist must find sweet delectables whilst being hunted by all manner of creatures, animals and insects!! Spiders, Fly’s, Rats, Wasps, Cockroaches and even humans will stop at nothing to get rid of the ant infestation! Candy isn’t just lying around either; puzzles fill the worlds blocking you from success! Solve the puzzles whilst avoiding, running from or fighting your enemies! Hit enemies with your trusty match stick to make a path to safety!

----------------------

You have been nominated as the sweet collecting ant, the most challenging of all food collecting teams, as those fatty humans do not often drop these little delectables. You must roam vast human sized worlds hunting for those goodies that have been littered by man, but not all treasures are just lying around, obstacles and challenges will get in your way at every corner. Plus, you're not the only one looking for food either, while collecting our tiny hero must avoid or fight other insects and vermin who are hunting for the same thing (*and don't forget those pesky humans).

You are equipped with a Matchstick to fight with and your 'Antdar' a natural radar that all ant's possess, this will help you find the next candy piece, power ups and even your way back home. Power ups are scattered around the worlds to help you survive and reach previously unreachable areas! Jumping higher or running faster may come in useful.

So if you think you're GiAnt enough to....

+ See your world from a different perspective – Experience everyday areas from an ant sized height.
+ The Garden, The Cinema, A Nightclub + More

+ Use your “AntDar” to find food, secrets and power ups

+ Destroy enemies with your trusty Matchstick

+ Solve human sized puzzles and conquer mankind’s obstacles

+ Use Power-Ups to escape tough situations
+Super Speed, Super Jump and Invincibility

= Plus so much more

Remember... You may be small to some... But anyone can be... GiAnt

**More Than Just an Ant Simulator, this is an AntVenture**

*****Please, If you find any bugs (the computer kind, not the cockroach kind!) please either write on the forums for help, or send an email at [email protected] Right now Wreck Tangle Games is just one man, and after testing the final build of the game 48 times I have a) nearly lost my mind, but b) squashed many problems in the game BUT c) I KNOW there are more! So do let me know, and I'll look into any issues right away! And update the game ASAP[/u]

Thank you!!

First review I'm writing because this game got on my nerves. I paid 9$ for this, and it's just not good. The idea is funny, and I get that it's a SUPER indie game, but man... Don't put yourself through this. Game crashed several times, couldn't even run it on windowed, PLUS I couldn't climb the pipe you're supposed to climb to enter the house and go on the ant bridge. I kept sprinting, but it just wouldn't make it. Can I do better? Hell no, but would I try to do anything like this and SELL IT? HELL NO. I would give it out for free, since there are WAY better games to spend 9$ on. Really disappointed with my purchase. In the future, try to make a game that's actually worth the money you're asking. Cheers.

The game's premise is great. You get to be an ANT. a GiAnt. The sound effects are cool and each insect in the game has a different audio cue. AND...that's where the positive things end. The frame rate is terrible even on low settings. The combat is unbalanced and unfun. The AI is terrible and running away from guys just creates a line of enemies behind you. I played for 15 minutes but there is so much that this game needs to be good that I just cant reccomend it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tqv6iu7o-CM

-New additions make the game a lot easier for new starters -Levels are relatively big and the puzzles are fun -Dirt cheap, no reason not to buy it. Would recommend

The very first video game, tennis for 2 (1958), had controls. This game does not have controls. I am stuck spinning and spinning trying to fight it with my mouse movements to no avail. Do not buy this game, not now not ever. I thumb my nose at these developer's.

I mean I got this for a few cents or else I'd be mad. It is a GREAT concept but was made by a brick because it is so poorly optimised. I was willing to look past all the shit and enjoy it for what it was but when your hits are literally useless against enemies and platforms that are crucial to be reached to progress are unreachable.....avoid this game. BUT do get the sequel/DLC for a few cents because in that you get gunS and play as a Toy Soldier. Tips for sequel: -Destroy all bug spawns first or else you'll be overwhelmed. -the exit is located where you spawned, it's the hill not the door. -If there is a green square with an ant on it then that is something you can interact with (f button)
