More a "meh" then a negative. I got the game on a heavy (95% off) sale, and so don't feel bad about the money or time I've spent on it. But I also don't feel the desire to keep playing after only a few hours. If this wasn't a mobile port, it was at least heavily inspired by them. All the way down to having "gems" to buy things. At least in this version you get the gems with in-game gold. Game itself is ok. Newer team or smaller budget issues. Story is a thing, but more corny than good. Moving the heros (your "towers") about is a twist on the standard TD formula, but feels like just moving them in a clump is the best option all the time. So gets old quickly. Then the game wants more grinding than I feel is worth it. Worth checking ok on a deep sale as something different, but not worth it full price.

This isn't a bad game, but I found the investment of time to boost my characters wasn't worth it, given the difficulty spike as I moved through. There is very light story, and the characters feel a little 2D, even though the art is enjoyable. If you love TD and MOBA mechanics and games, this might be one to sink you teeth into, for the mechanics. I found it a bit punishing, and not quite worth the full price tag.
