About This Game

Make boats and sail them. Build, explore, expand, discover. Sail your ships through changing water and wind inside the eye of a storm.

Snap together planks, poles, sails, masts, jets, propellers, balloons, sparklers and more. Take care that it floats....and right side up.

Cross the sea to find pieces to make your ship bigger, faster, stronger, prettier, stranger, wilder: more yours.

Every island lets you redesign and rebuild.

The world is a procedural arrangement of crafted islands, pieces and creatures. Each replay will present different challenges and opportunities at different stages of gameplay.

As you push the storm back, new islands and new waters become available to explore. Find new pieces for your creations, escape giant creatures, and push onwards to escape.

Update 1: 12 Hours into the game Ok, so. The game is very relaxing as many people have said. Being able to tweak and change boat design is fun, but a little confusing as well. I am a bit confused as to why boat hulls sink? Most boats become barrel monstrosities. It reminds me a lot of early Kerbal Space Program in the "fun is in the failure" sort of way. I do like the game. No change in build mechanics yet. Original: 2 hours into the game Currently an exercise in frustration for trying to build a boat. Controls are odd for build and snap points seem to have a mind of their own. Needs work.... Will update as the game is worked on.

Could have been a great game. Yes it is an early access game but I would think that means updates. There have been no updates in a year and a half and prior to that updates were far and few. For those who don't think I gave it enough time I purchased it in March of 2018! What is there is fun but I pretty much got as far as I could in 10 hours of game play. Had there been more updates I may have played much more. Don't waste your money on this early access.

Over all a Great Game As a student this is a great game to unwind and relax after a long day. admittedly the building is a bit jagged but besides that its beautifully made and deserves alot more attention. I Will Be Recomending To Freands.

Actual gameplay. riding around in circles . . . meh. The build system is klunky and awkward. Not relaxing. It is frustrating and boring at the same time. I didn't think that was possible.

more like a toy than a real game. i dont understand why keel parts are heavier than water, so all ships become a mass of barrels. Its amusing for a couple of hours, but the game seems to be abandoned. With a couple of little updates this could be something really great.

This game is one of the best adventure games i've played. One thing that makes it that is it is so open world and its a challenging game, even though it is in Early Access I would recommend it if you like games like Besiege.

Sorry but no. I enjoy the basic game idea but movement feels buggy and weird, boat hulls sink as if it was made of stone and you need barrels all over the place... there also is no game besides "exploration"... why cant i transport things and earn money to buy new parts? Or have a crew? Also: Islands are too close so theres not much "exploration" you just go 1 or 2 minutes from island 1 to island 2 and thats "exploring"... please get your game together it has much promise!

Why I don't recommend the game: The game has some issues and the last update listed was July of 2018. Ultimately, I requested a refund. The game has two modes: Story and Creative. In Story mode you sail around in a circle collecting boat parts and chimes that expand the map, so you can sail around in a circle to collect more parts and chimes. In Creative mode, all the parts are unlocked and you use the boat editor to build boats and then sail them. The boat editor is difficult to use. When rotating the parts they can get stuck in the foreground/background of the camera and won't snap to mounting points. The mounting points also misbehave or are difficult to determine you're on the correct one. Once the part is placed, your only option to move it is to delete/undo and try again. The parts are divided into 4 categories, Hull parts, Buoyancy parts, Sails, and Other. Many are copies with cosmetic changes and once you have a lot of parts unlocked, it becomes an annoyance to scroll throu...

the ship design is almost impossible to align the parts. The physics of everything has to be off as the ships flip over and sink more often than not. The are in the early stages of the game, but it needs work, a lot of work.
