Holy peak, this game just feels like peak retro anime bullshit and I love every second of it. The main problem lies in the online and all the desyncs. I choose to look past that and call this game awesome. Rating: 8/10

Seems pretty good and I bet it surely has great content, but I don't think it's something you can get into without some heavy investment on your part, couldn't even find youtube guides to help me understand how to play properly. I'm under the impression I'd need to actively engage with the community in order to learn how to play, and while that's all good it's not for everyone, not to mention you'd probably end up using the community edition more than this one, particularly for multiplayer as that's the goto for the community. If you want a Melty Blood game get this ones community edition or just buy Melty Blood Type Lumina, it's multiplayer is less active afaik but the gameplay is a lot more clear and accessible also the story content is good altho lot less serious (I think).
