As one of the first other VR games I've played outside the social ones (VRChat and Rec Room), this was pretty fun! Especially how well the main game's gimmick helps with the pain of stick drift given you can basically teleport / "Chaos Control" short distances, and it's really cool seeing how the game plays out, even if it's been about seven years since it's release, it's really good! But I might be inclined to agree with others to understand why the late stage of the game takes a spin that some people may not have expected which can be terrifying, but personally it took a while to crack the gimmick on how to do what the game wanted you to do. The arcade levels are really nice as well. I'd recommend this especially as a game you could still play in VR if you have severe stick drift like I do.

About This Game
Built for Virtual Reality from the ground up, Budget Cuts is a stealth game set in a dystopian office-scape with tons of evil robots and even more knives (for throwing and stabbing them with!) Use your TransLocator gun to teleport through the many departments of TransCorp. Sneak around corners, hide behind air vents, or go nuts with lots of robot-killing action!

Budget Cuts Arcade (accessed through the arcade machine in the main menu room) is a free update that now comes with the base game automatically, and adds four new bonus levels to the game, new difficulty levels, as well as a new Arcade Game Mode with high scores for the best runs! Full patch notes are available on our steam newshub.

The only reason i have this game is because the bundle was on sale I didnt play it for a while Im sad i didnt play it sooner
This... This is starts fun, and drags on. It feels heavily padded near the end where you're in a maze and the things you need are hidden in a single drawer in an office full of drawers. On top of that, it literally doesn't have an ending; it just cuts to credits. This is ignoring the performance issues where I would die, respawn, and the game would load at 1fps. Do not buy this game. It was also very nauseating as I had to keep spinning in place like a ballerina just to turn. Yes, I tried turning on stick turning. It did nothing.
