A few things I want to make clear first. First, this isn't a MMO. According to their own player count ingame, there has been a max of 15 unique players online today, of which the highest concurrent number I've seen in the 3 hours I've been playing is 3 with me included. Infact, in the top 50 players list, only 20 of them are above level 1. That's saying something when it took 3 hours for me to get to level 7 while idling at least 1 hour away. It's not a Massive Multiplayer Online game, but just a regular Multiplayer Online game. Second thing I want to say is that this is very similar to mobile games like Clash of Clans. If you've enjoyed that, you'll more than likely enjoy this game. Now, onto my review. This is a full-on browser game. When you install the game on Steam and launch it, a launcher comes up with options to run their chess game, or Fasaria World Online. Clicking on FWO launches Internet Explorer and the website itself. I have a quick list of grievances with this game t...

So I dont get the game at all, I payed for it and I spend 10 minutes to find out how to play it. Finally I found out that I had to do everything in the browser, and they didn't care enough to use just 5 minutes to create their own little browser you can use too. The client you can open through steam can't be closed so I had to force shutdown it. Afterwards I spend 5-10 minutes in the UI trying to found out how I play the game which let me to 3-4 places where I had to spend more money, and then I quit and will never turn back to it.
I don't usually review games, but I find that I like this game a lot. I have never played a browser game before, but I like the concept of no downloading, other than the quick client. Now for the game, It is easy to understand and easy to play. Of course I am just beginning to play, but I can't wait to see whay lies down the road. Lastly the great thing is that the only server is Steam. So everyone is equal. Oh, yeah, and this game is absolutely free beyond the purchase of the game. You couldn't spend real money, if you wanted to. Thanks developers, great job.
ok time to update this the layout is pretty confusing at first you get used to it Graphics 5/10 they could use a upgrade for sure but games like this the graphics really don't matter Sound 6/10 it comes with a few track to listen to while you play they aren't bad but the action sounds can get annoying Controls 10/10 everything works but on pc you cannot full screen it it's a phone app port Fun 5/10 it's ok to mess with once in awhile but i could never actually sit there and play it for long periods of time would i buy it again sure will i dump 500 hours into it no
Very fun game! Also, the developer was extremely helpful with a problem that I had.
If you like Evony or other browser based wargames, you'll like this one. It has different machanics to give you something to do -ie. attacking monsters to level you're character. But, if you don't like pvp games and are only interested in building things, then steer clear. Its just as much a time sink as Evony, but at least Evony is free and you can walk away without spending anything. BTW, my antivirus sees the steam launcher as malware, so most of my time has been playing directly through the web browser.
Had a missunderstood with a shutdown maintence. The game went to a update without any warning, thought I was hacked. So, writing a complete review of the game. The difficulty graph is pretty good, the game evolves into different levels of gathering resources and PvM, which seems pretty repetitive but involves a bunch of things that lead to a challenging battles. The PvP is pretty good as well, I like the way you get boosts by defeating enemies and the suspense that the button "attack" has when you don't spy enemy's army. If you like a good strategy MMO game that is quite hard to get strong, this is the game for you. Spending a good fun time with it.
its confusing to set up and not a good game at all. i dont recomend
rather than a movement straight click for battle, fight which flickers on rapid clicks, confirm reward select option for another battle or go back... annoying repatative an as far as i can tell only option to level up not impressed atleast let we wander and expore a bit to encounter enemies... very boring click click with what looks like clash of clan or other similar game mechanics to build towns only less well designed so far its very very boring ....
I would advise against purchasing this game through Steam. It requires a "Steam key" to play the game, but Steasm does not supply with you one when you buy the game. When you go to Steam help they simply send you to the Fasaria game page which has no support mechanism for the game or technical issues. You can click on buy a "steam key", but that just brought me to here. The wasted $1.49 for the game no big deal, but the time wasted on it is a big deal. Do yourself a favor and avoid this Steam purchase until Steam gets this figured out or at least either Steam of Fasaria creates some method of technical support to deal with the issue.
