About This Game

Mars, 2044. The UN establishes MARSCORP (Martian Security and Economics Committee) under the leadership of Samuel Longwood. In the years that follow, the UN gradually loses control of MARSCORP, mainly due to the non-transparent licence policy of its director. Longwood uses his autonomous status to create vassal relations between the corporations and MARSCORP. The unshakable power position of MARSCORP is supported by the companies and thus they acquire additional rights and licenses. Longwood and his consortium become extremely wealthy from this arrangement. However, dissenting voices in MARSCORP begin to challenge Samuel Longwood's authoritarian policy. They demand his dismissal as director and a complete redistribution of the mining rights.
But Samuel Longwood keeps an ace up his sleeve for occasions like this…
Chaser awakens on board the spaceship H.M.S. Majestic. He doesn't know who he is, what he's doing here, why he is being sought by men in black uniforms and what they will do to him when they find him…
The player's goal is to find out who Chaser really is and why he is being hunted. The story leads the player from the H.M.S. Majestic to Montack City on Earth, then on to Siberia and finally to Mars, where the trail ends and hopefully the truth can be found.

this game is geniunely terrible, you cant manually reload, your character has to auto reload the gun after theres no more bullets, and your character is so fragile, if you have 50 health it instantly gets shredded trough before you can react and theres just so much more wrong with it, i dont reccomend, its difficult, but not dark souls difficult to where you feel accomplished after beating it, more like the kind of difficulty that gets extremely obnoxious after getting gunned down by the same annoying little red guy over and over again

How do I feel about Chaser? Rage. I feel rage. There's a review here that goes into amazing detail as to why this is the worst game ever made. When it came out I really loved it, the engine was good, it had new things like enemies spawning behind you, but in reality this is a fake door opening simulator that has about 5 hours of content that will take you 30 hours to consume because it is such a messy pile. Oh, the gun sounds and graphics are dope. Seriously in the running for worst game ever. You will literally spend triple the time trying to open doors that don't open than actually doing every mission. Rage. I feel rage.

I have a vague memory of playing this game as a child so I decided to pick it up again. Unfortunately, it turned out to be disappointing due to outdated mechanics. It starts off promising. The Earth rotates beautifully outside a lab window, my character walks a bit, picking up a dead soldier’s rifle with a good sniper scope. But soon I realized the game revolves around a maze like map of opening identical doors. I entered an open area with three stories and an elevator that takes me to the second floor but not the third. On the second floor, there’s a suspicious pile of boxes that feels like an invitation to climb. Standing on top, I didn't think the jump would work and after a few failed attempts, I wasted 10 minutes checking elevators and exploring before resorting to a Youtube walkthrough. Turns out the boxes were the right way, but making the jump successfully was hard. The next part is escaping the space station, then the game shifts to a new map starting in an alley. Despit...
