Bloksie (for now)

Bloksie (for now)[sic] is a Tower Defense / Arithmetic 'Em Up where you try to squeeze as much Value out of your Board as possible by combining, cloning, selling, and shuffling your Blok, as increasingly menacing waves of Anti-Blok try to ruin your day.

In an era where machiavellian, time-wasting rouge-lites pad out their gameplay with ascension systems, Bloksie offers a never-before seen innovative gamplay structure called Levels: the game is divided into 50+ individual segments across 6+ Worlds, each teaching, showcasing, and exploring all this game has to offer, giving it a concrete beginning, middle, and end. (Never been done before.)

Simple systems and powerful ways to interact with them mean that if there's a will, there's a way. There are no guardrails on what you can do - endlessly manufacturing quintillion value Blok? Go right ahead. Going into absurd amounts of debt to print Perks out of thin air? The law can't stop you. Smash the 100+ Perks together and see what happens!

Bloksie concerns an epic, Shakespearean narrative about the corruption that faces bird society. Betrayal, misery, and the cries of the innocent await in this wicked world haunted by arithmetic. It's also about depression, somehow.

Bloksie manifests as a series of moving images that appear on your screen, utilizing the modern technique known as raster graphics. The artistry on display is sure to make you go, "these are some of the graphics I've ever seen"!

While the game looks fun, there is a likelihood that it'll end up gathering dust along with the other dozens of unplayed products in your digital library - we've come prepared for that too! So long as you own Bloksie, you can officially brag about being a certified Bird Watcher!*
