Unlike traditional RPGs, Laurel's Day is about Laurel navigating classroom questions, and a concerned community that surrounds her; all in order to conserve her energy to make it to the end of the day. Using her imagination to get through everything, Lloen, a fairy her father made a deal with to protect her, is able to turn Laurel into Katja, her confidence that can handle any 'monster' that stands in Laurel's way.
