About the Game

The ENDLESS BACKGATE is a survival horror game where you face anomalous phenomena unfolding behind three doors. You take on the role of a Field Maintenance Supervisor for our company. Analyze the patterns of various phenomena, respond accordingly, and eliminate all missing person posters.

Welcome to your new position as a Field Maintenance Supervisor at our headquarters. In The ENDLESS BACKGATE, your mission is to avoid anomalies and remove every missing person poster.

▶ Anomalies That Hunt You

This facility is one of SARRAS Corp's most critical sites, where active research on ██ and ████ is being conducted. As a result, the area is under constant Anomaly Alert, and harmful phenomena that endanger human life frequently occur. But don’t worry — the company always cares about the safety of its employees.

Each anomaly has its own countermeasure. Read the manual carefully, identify each anomaly, and respond accordingly. Of course, there may be new phenomena that have no established method of handling. In such cases, it is up to you, Supervisor, to make the call. Please discover effective solutions for the sake of those who come after you.

▶ What Awaits Behind the Door

Due to the success of SARRAS Corp's research, disappearance cases have increased in the area, and missing person posters are often found on doors. (Of course, these have nothing to do with the company’s research.) To prevent conspiracy theories and baseless rumors, you have been dispatched as a Field Maintenance Supervisor.

Your job is to remove all missing person posters delivered through one of the three doors by the security team. Naturally, anomalies may also emerge from those doors. To aid in your survival, we have provided useful items designed to help you respond effectively. Use them well, and complete your mission.

Before starting your full duties, you’ll be assisted by Mel, your dedicated guide. Through daily conversations, Mel will help you adapt to your role and gradually reveal the truth about SARRAS Corp and the facility. Survive to the end — and witness how it all concludes.
