I have thoroughly enjoyed playing this game so far. If you're a college baseball fan who likes management sims, this is absolutely going to scratch that itch for the lack of a college baseball game all these years. Recruiting is straightforward and easy to pick up, yet challenging to master to build up your program. The stat-tracking far exceeded my expectations, both within a season and over a career. The simulation engine moves very quickly, and it's easy to find yourself clicking off two or three seasons in one sitting even if you don't have a ton of free time. While, as the product description states, there isnt't a "play-by-play" engine a la OOTP, I still feel the results from the sim engine captures the spirit of college baseball, which is easier said than done. This game might not look like anything special from the outside looking in, but it's got everything I need in a sports sim. It has an enjoyable, not overly complicated recruiting system, dynamic prestige, easy team management and an incredibly fast and well-made sim engine. It has deep statistics, including career stat tracking and history. Most importantly, this game has that "one more click" feel that keeps you hooked. While I'm not really a college baseball fan myself, this game fills a niche that doesn't really have anything like this at all and I still find it quite fun. If you're looking for a game with a ton of bells and whistles, this probably isn't for you. But if you're looking for a straightforward sports sim that still scratches that itch of turning a team of rag tag lads into a dynasty for the ages? I think this game's a winner!

If you're a spreadsheet sim enjoyer, and like college baseball then you'll definitely like this game. There's lots of stats to check out, and its in a very early stage so I'm sure there's more to come as well. It's a little rough around the edges, but the bones are more than good and I think you should give it a chance if you're looking into this game.

Finally a college baseball game! Awesome game. Highly recommend. Dev works very hard and is very receptive to additions, bugs, etc. Recruiting is fun, and an exciting challenge year in year out. Plenty of stats to comb through. Excited to see the game progress!

College Baseball: Dynasty Builder is an excellent simulation of college baseball. If you are expecting OOTP type development then this game may not be for you. This game is created by a single developer, but he has really done an excellent job with the game. I love the fact that you can customize your leagues with a simple JSON file and can include custom logos as well. This is a rather fast paced game and you can get through a couple of seasons if you are playing for a few hours. I really like that it is not over tedious and is just an enjoyable simulation of baseball. The recruiting in this game is easy to learn but difficult to master (I consider this a huge plus; makes the game challenging in a good way). Great game, especially if you like College baseball. That and the College baseball video game market is extremely small so its nice to have a game I can use to sim College related. Also I love to play sports sims that are simple & laid back but also make time fly due to having fun.

There is a good foundation for adding further aspects to the game, which I hope that the developer considers. All in all, this is an easy game to learn and if the subject matter appeals to you, it will provide you with solid return on your investment.

Really enjoyable game that is easy to learn but hard to master. It is a text only game where the focus is on recruiting and the transfer portal, where you essentially attempt to recruit a team that is good enough to win the College World Series. I liken it to playing NCAA football in Dynasty Mode and just simming the games, which i do a lot of.
