Introduction

Dark Flowers: Tiny Starlight is a story-driven puzzle game where players embody the protagonist on a post-apocalyptic journey of self-reconciliation, enduring solitary struggles within a time loop. A millennium after the meteor catastrophe, magic has gradually become an instrument of control for the powerful. You awaken amidst ruins teeming with zombies, stripped of all past memories—remembering only that instinct-driven fireball spell.

Basic Controls

• ↑↓←→: Move / Z: Confirm - Fireball / X: Cancel - Menu / SHIFT: Dash

• Fixed-Area Combat Mechanics: In designated enemy zones, press Z to cast fireballs at targets.

• Resource Management: Fireball casting consumes MP. Restore HP/MP by sleeping in beds.

• Warning Indicators: Low HP: Screen gradually turns red. Low MP: Text alert appears at top-left corner.

• Recommended Settings: Use keyboard controls for optimal experience.

Background Story

The source of this apocalyptic plague was born from a single mysterious mistake—a mistake that drove one, maddened by regret, to seek correction through history’s cycle, only to confront the cruel truth of an inescapable loop.

Each time the teleportation array is activated to alter the fixed past, the would-be savior is sundered into fragments. One part remains trapped in the present, lost in desperate struggle; another hurtles backward to restart the tragedy.

As countless fragments pursue each other through time and space, this cataclysm has long since become an inescapable Möbius ring.

As the latest entry in Morning Breeze Studio's Dark Flowers series, this is far cry from tales of heroes saving the world. Instead, it tells the story of an ordinary soul confronting past mistakes. When the chance to rewrite history appears, would you pay the price to restart the cycle?
