I started with Fallout 3. I didn't expect much from this game when I finally got around to playing it... but I couldn't put it down. I consumed every wiki, watched hours of lore videos, gorged myself on anything relatethanfullyd to this game. I'm so thankful that this game exists.

Gen Z kid playing fallout 1. Truly aged well and ain't having any trouble so far. I like that it actually feels like an actual rpg with its character customization. Its really well made, I recommend it. But it might not be for everyone since it basically throws you in the wild, but easies you in it so don't worry.

I never played this when it came out, the family pc wasnt for gaming back in the day. Bit of a steep learning curve if you were introduced to Fallout with Fallout 3 and after, but its alot of fun. Really need to pay attention to what the NPCS are saying, theres no quest markers or anything. Pay attention or wander aimlessly till you find what you need to do. everything else about fallout is there, just from a top down isometric view. Companions will SAVE your ass in the early game. One tip though, DONT put off the initial quest, you only have a set time limit to complete it, after that youre free to do what you please.
