During gameplay, you can drive vehicles, engage in shootouts, fight gangs, and build relationships with different factions through diplomatic decisions. As your reputation grows, the line between law and crime blurs, and when the city descends into chaos, it's up to you to take the lead. Whether you choose to rule by winning hearts, or instilling fear, this city is yours and how you rule it is entirely up to you.
