Vanquish Evil aims to take the most fun core gameplay from the ARPG/Roguelite genres -- and crank up the action to one thousand percent! Where player skill and strategic upgrade choices strongly influence the runs.

THE STORY

A supernatural cosmic battle is being fought for the mortal realm, and much of the world is already in ruin.

A final resistance of humanity are brave enough to fight. Many die, and are turned into undead armies who serve the formless evil cosmic presence known as Absolute Darkness (Vile).

Ascended Light (Veil), a cosmic presence in favor of saving humanity, send Cosmic Guardians to fight alongside the mortal armies.

The final elite army of heroes stand together to fight an apocalyptic war with one common goal...

GAME DEVELOPMEMENT GOALS

Creating fun gameplay and high replay value is the goal. The game in it's current state is built to have all character progression in-game for that specific run, which gives the game a lot of replay value. Currently the game has just begun meta progression development. "Meta Items" are now being added as unlocks.
