You bounce around the map, you do fetch/deliver quests. That's it. You earn money but there's nothing to spend it on. At the moment your time runs out it cuts to a results screen and you can try again. There is little, if anything, to it. There's not really ways to get higher or cooler jumps, theres not really a set of movement mechanics to master, it's just kinda bouncing around from A->B. I found the camera angle frustratingly close to my player, making it very difficult to predict where my leaps would land me. This combined with the character's ability to accelerate while in the air made for what I found to be an overall annoying platforming experience. If you hit a wall or a car, you rag-doll in slow-mo and invariably lose your current delivery. With the limited content, mechanics, environment and general lack of gameplay polish, I can't really recommend this one. It feels more like a well rounded tech demo or vertical slice, that a total game.

About This Game
Strap on your high-velocity jumping stilts and clock in at H.O.E. (Hot Organ Express) - the only delivery service crazy enough to move beating hearts by birdman. Your mission is simple: pick up transplant organs, tear across a soaring sci-fi city, and drop the goods before they flatline. Nail deliveries to earn cash and gain extra time - then crank the difficulty for even wilder runs and bigger payouts.
Play it safe with easy jobs or risk it all on brutal, split-second routes. Either way, momentum is everything: pump your jump charge, ride gravity’s pull, and keep your combo alive by chaining rooftop after rooftop. Crash at full tilt and you’ll rag-doll down to street level - unless you can scramble onto a dumpster boost and vault straight back into the skyline.

Jump-only locomotion: Chain stilt-boosted leaps for breakneck speed and pure, arcade airtime.
Three route tiers: Easy, medium, hard. Tougher orders give shorter deadlines but higher rewards.
Vertical playground: Jump from rooftop to rooftop on skyscrapers, through parks, beaches, and even flying cars.
Risk-versus-reward: Every collision is chaos - master the tilt to stay fluid, or faceplant and lose precious seconds.
Speed-run ready: Tight five-minute loops and instant restarts, built for optimization addicts.
