About This Game

BE CAREFUL OF THE HALLUCINATIONS

GAME OVERVIEW

  • If the hallucinations don't persist, you're safe. Open the door and get the medication from the visitor.

  • If the hallucinations remain, take the medicine by the door.

  • Follow this routine for 8 days, and your condition may begin to improve.

GAME INTRODUCTION

I am a psychiatric patient.

I don't remember when it started—or even the moment the headaches began.

Hallucinations are nothing new to me. But when they linger and begin to overtake reality, it's a whole different story.

I have to take the medication.

Caught between hallucination and reality— Are you ready to face the truth?

MULTIPLE ENDINGS

The story doesn't end with just one playthrough.

Replay the game to find hidden doll pieces.

Each piece is a key that brings you closer to the truth.

There are three main endings.

And when all pieces are collected, the true final ending is unlocked.

Who's at the Door? is a short psychological horror game inspired by surreal titles like The Exit 8. It offers roughly 60–120+ minutes of immersive gameplay, letting players experience the world of a patient suffering from hallucinations.

the use of ai makes the game feel rushed and sloppy especially in a genre where you have to feel immersed it's something that really detracts, even ignoring that the gameplay isn't anything new and the narrative felt lacking. don't recommend buying it.

Had some good scares, but the story is short and extremely predictable, as well as using AI genned assets and voices. Not the kind of game for me, I would rather use my $5 towards something else.

Fun, short game. If you like anomaly games that is. It was my first one and honestly- I was a bit frustrated at times, missing some little details. Also- I had to play it twice to finish it, because it bugged somehow, looping the same chapter instead of progressing further. I had to start over, but knowing what to look for I've beat it fast. The ending's nice, although a bit foreseeable. Play the demo first. If you like it- try the full game. The price tag is worth it, the story is finished and there are some very nice scares, not present in the demo.

Great short horror game. Biggest downside is the use of Ai for artwork within the game.

8.5/10 | Creepy | Excellent Jumpscare's | Atmospheric! Excellent for content creation. Perfect for YouTube or a short stream. I noticed everyone was grabbing this game and recommending it all over my social media feeds and for a good reason. It's genuinely an incredibly well done anomaly horror game. Albeit quite a short game it's definitely worth the full price as this will provide you with a minimum of a few hours of game play as well as genuinely terrifying moments & a good story! Not a single bug, crash, FPS drop or any type of issue at ALL which I'm very grateful to say. Only reason it's not a 10 is I'd like a little more story & longer gameplay ultimately. Perhaps bonus content // DLC some day if we're lucky? This felt refreshing to me, personally. I cannot recommend it enough!

I feel like the ratio of anomaly to non anomaly should be implemented better my play through I got 90% anomalies which took away the fun of actually guessing.

As far as anomaly horror games go, this one is pretty good. I think the jumpscares are good, the "monsters" are all well defined, and the environment is fun to explore and spot the differences That said, the AI in this game is pretty ridiculous. If you're offended by AI in videogames then you should stay away because the art and voices are all blatant as hell We played this on stream and I was absolutely trashed so it's a bit of a mess but if you're interested, here's my playthrough https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iT6aMH9eMlI

This game taught me to pop neuroleptics when my apples rot.

If you like this sort of pattern recognition abstract story puzzle solver game set in either a Japanese or South Korean apartment, then this one is a relatively quick play-through (at a stretch there's maybe 2 hours worth of game here). If you're not a fan of jump scares and creepy for creepiness sake you're not missing much. Pro Tip: 9 times out of 10 you just take the pills. The hallucinations, most of which are significantly more obvious than others, just waste your time after a while.
