About This Game

"Dice determine your steps, cards rewrite your rules —

In the gamble with the Demon, luck is the stake, strategy the ace."

A 2D pixel-art dice-driven strategy adventure blending mysterious Tarot card items, random event choices, and gambling showdowns, where the roll of dice writes the final chapter of the Demon's contract.

Core Gameplay: Dice as Destiny, Cards as Decree

The "Gambler," bound by a demonic contract, throws dice to selectively complete events, collect Tarot card items, and ultimately accumulate enough damage and resources in the Demon's Gamble to win freedom for their soul:

1. Dice-Driven Event Selection

Every step is a high-stakes gamble: movement, combat, and transactions all depend on dice rolls.
Event Chains & Resource Games:

2. Tarot Card Items: Aces to Rewrite Dice Rules

3. Demon's Gamble: The Ultimate Fate Duel

Stage Accumulation

Weaken the Demon's HP through events, preserve your own life, stockpile gold, and acquire items while navigating the Demon's escalating rules across each floor's fifth stage.

Gambling Mechanics

This game needs some serious polish...... Mostly the art, tutorial, and UI implementation. Let's start with the game art. The artist who created this game stated in the description, "As a solo developer with limited capabilities, some artwork uses AI-generated initial drafts that have been further adjusted and modified." I understand, but some pixel art pieces are visibly hand-drawn with care. Some easily made things, like side decorations, which could be done in 10 minutes or so uses AI, this thing is almost the whole game. It is mostly unnecessary, such a vibe killer! Also, please use a consistent palette, theme; it looks a bit ugly The game design: Obviously, the creator didn't playtest this game with another person. For example, what I mean, in the tutorial area, the devilman?, the devilman says something like this: "Hey, do you see that dice to your right?" The fact that nothing on the screen looked like dice left me confused, so I looked at the trailer to see how the game pla...

Awful (1) The volume is set to something like 5% but is still louder than my other applications. Thinking it's a bug, I raised the volume and blasted my eardrums. (2) The rules are either poorly explained or the game straight up doesn't work as intended. When you land on a space, you roll dice 3 dice to determine the whether you take damage, deal damage, heal, etc. The effects listed on the left weren't happening. I was just getting hurt a tiny bit every time.
