Unfortunately, I found this one to be overall disappointing. The cursed family trope might be a bit over used, but that is because it's usually fun. This game somehow made it boring. There just weren't enough details, and the progress you make through it is disjointed as well. In fact, I suspect AI may have written it. I was left with a lot of unanswered questions, although, to be fair, I didn't buy the DLC, which apparently is the only way to get the true ending. I hate that particular aspect of modern games, to be honest. Just give me the full game in one package, with the adjusted price. The game was on sale without it, and I assumed any DLC would just be extra content, like a soundtrack. You know, like they used to be, instead of a chunk of the actual gameplay. Finally, there is a severe lack of actual HOGs in game, featuring a lot of minigames and puzzles instead. And I personally found most of these to be annoying little time wasters more than anything.
