[i]Whisker Wanderlust: The Wondrous Journey[/i] is a game that turns your traditional seek-and-find into a work of art. Gorgeous settings, side quests and lots of items to find. A gorgeously illustrated hidden object game with 10 levels plus one secret level, each with their own music and visual style. In the main quest you collect yarn balls to unlock the final ending but in between there are side quests where you help out npc’s find missing items. Collect the cat cans in the main quest to unlock postcard mode (where you will complete tasks to unlock a secret ending). Settings include; display options, resolution, audio controls and language. The zoom is really good and gets in close, however the jump in magnification is a bit jarring (it is not gradual and jumps from mid-range to really close fast). You can also use the WASD keys to move around the map when zoomed in (a very handy feature). I enjoyed the music, it was very relaxing but the art is the main highlight. There ar...

It is, in any event, a place where dead artists inhabit their paintings, starring in the night such names as Van Gogh, Picasso, Magritte, and others, both impressionists, and the impressionable. Everything is everywhere. You can't scroll across a picture without seeing Frida Kahlo, or The Son of Man, often more than once. It is a colorful jumble of "Sure, let's put that in there too." and that makes this feel like more than just the latest cat finding game in a very long list. It feels like an adventure. Sure, that may be an adventure in a trippy land of dead artists and restless spirits, but let's face it, that sounds pretty appealing right about now. See you there. Loved the first game and this one is more of it. Lots of levels, plenty of hidden objects to find in each one. Beautiful artwork and music to boot! Just buy it!

A very relaxed game in which you have to find many different objects. There are a really large number of different pictures. Each of them is very well drawn and full of little cameos. The zoom function is also very good. Overall, I had a lot of fun playing it and can only recommend it.

An extremely cute, utterly lush set of 11 (counting the hidden one) HO levels. Excellent detail, a nice mix of difficulty without any hiding spots feeling like cheats, and a very strong zoom tool for the teeny things. The gorgeous nature of the level art can't be overstated either!

Wonderful art and non-trivial HOG, a very pleasant combination.
