About This Game

Drive!Drive!Drive! is a racing game unlike any other, where players must drive their cars to victory across multiple tracks at the same time.

Let us try to explain how this brain-melting idea works: You are able to switch between the different tracks of a race any time you like. When you switch away from a track, a computer racer takes over driving on that track for you.

Unfortunately, the AI racers aren’t what you’d call competent. They are what you’d call incompetent. In other words, to place well in every track you're racing on, you’re going to have to hop track-to-track on a regular basis to account for the subversively cretinous computer cars.

This Artificial Idiocy™ is uniquely powered by our Intelligent Stupidity™engine.

Here’s just some of the many other reasons you’re going to love Drive!Drive!Drive!:

* Online multiplayer! Compete against friends and/or total strangers!
* Create your own racing calamities with the track creator. Then punish the rest of the world by sharing them online!
* Four different styles of gameplay, including: purist mode, arcade mode, collection mode, and time trial!
* A campaign mode featuring 50 tracks
* A bonus campaign mode featuring 50 additional (and harder!) tracks
* An amazing soundtrack by the world's state-of-the art synth/prog/post-rock band ZOMBI
* Those trippy retro/future visuals all the kids are hallucinating over, set across different galaxies and multiple gravities

The future of racing games has finally arrived, and it’s far stranger than anyone anticipated.

Drive!Drive!Drive! is a 'racing game unlike any other', the store page proudly proclaims. They're right; no other racing game will 'Drive' you insane quite like this one. The basic idea is easy enough to understand: Try racing multiple Hot Wheels-like tracks at once, obviously driving one car at a time and switching to another lane when that car falls behind or when you need to collect crystals in the Collection events. The problems start to add up once you realize that Drive!Drive!Drive! is constantly working against you, and I don't just mean because of the 'Intelligent Stupidity' engine. (Again, the store page's words, not mine.) When you're racing on one lane, your cars on the other lanes will slow down deliberately to create some sort of difficulty. The idea is that you switch when you see a car fall behind and race to catch back up. Where this idea falls apart is more often than not, you'll switch to find your car stuck on another lane it's not supposed to be on, or stuck in a...

Personally, this is one of my favorite racing/driving games of all time. I love the different atmospheres and unique car styles. Makes perfect gameplay for a commentary video. This game is criminally underrated and deserves a ton of more exposure. There are a ton of community tracks which makes fun gameplay for a video or just plain entertainment. I'd highly recommend this game to anyone if you're looking for a casual, chill drive or a deeply-invested, intense racing game.

bought this game with a 90% of discount and still feels like a waste of money TL;DR don't buy it, don't support lazy game development and the game is abandoned anyway AI is terrible, the first track you play outside of the tutorial is incredibly unfair, why does it matter that the AI is terrible? because you are in charge of two cars at the same time, as soon as you switch to the other to get it in first place, the other will fall hard behind to 9th or 10th place and so on, and the races are only 1 lap so good luck with that, if you are still set on trying it, buy it, try it for the two hours you have available an then refund it

At first, switching between tracks in the same race may feel weird and chaotic, but it turns out to be chaotic and fun ! Easy to understand, there is some very nice ideas in the level design. Didn't played that much at the moment, but I will come back often on it !

The multiplayer scene is a bit dead but if you can overlook that you'll have a lot of fun with DDD! The mechanics are so original and the racing is so stupidly arcade. It's also stylish and funny and I love it.

D!D!D! is a crazy but in my opinion brilliant game, a wierdly fresh take on driving that is also a bit like plate spinning. I love the online multiplayer but WE NEED LOCAL SPLIT SCREEN MULTIPLAYER!!!!! Make it happen dev people! Oh yeah and the track creator is super fun.

Drive! Drive! Drive! feels like a 3d RC-Pro Am minus the weapons. drifting is sublime, same with boosting. Switching takes some understanding to get used to. at first i hated it but its grown on me. Track designs get more sureal and hectic. really changes up the gameplay. The colors for the overall design is nice i just wish they were more vibrant. Music is one of my favorite parts of the game besides its sense of speed and destruction to other cars. Humor is also a nice bonus in the advice they give you. Totally recommended

every negative criticism about this game is true and then some I've loaded the game up to find that for some reason the button that is usually accelerate has been swapped with decelerate (incidentally why does decelerate have one 'c' and accelerate have two?) and you can't remap controls so guess you gotta restart and go thru all the opening things trying to compare cars takes forever because for some reason somebody decided that instead of just showing you a chart of stats which would be useful and relevant there would be a slow animation as you swapped between separate cars if a problem with your game can be solved by someone using google sheets in 5 minutes then maybe you should've solved it before releasing your fucking game it's a fucking racing game if your menus aren't fast what the fuck are you doing

Too bad, just cannot recommend this game. The Cars look absolutely great. The music and atmosphere are spot-on! Calling the players AI a dummy seems almost like a compliment at this point. Nothing's more frustrating then trying to balance three cars decently througout the race, until switching back to one of 'em and seeing them facing the wrong way, in last pos... The position counter gives some clue but you'd almost need a picture-in-picture type thing to do this type of thing well.
