I can't recommend this game yet, despite really enjoying it so far. It has some real potential to grow into a great game, but currently there's not much meat on the bones. I don't love the eviction update.
I’ll recommend it? No. But is it fun? It depends.
I didn’t want to have to leave a negative review, but there are just some things that really need to be fixed. The game was really fun at first. In my first two hours I managed to break the game on my very first run and ended up in endless mode without really knowing what I was doing. After that I spent around two more hours going for the achievements, and I got almost all of them in about 30 minutes. The rest of my playtime after that was just me trying to unlock the last one, Catch Up, which I found out is impossible.
Here’s why
The achievement requires you to make a maximum of 140 in a single round. The cheapest property pays out around 120 at the worst, with a base multiplier of 1. But since you can’t get rid of tenants, the worst tenants will still give you something like a +90 bonus on top of that 120. Tenants also push the multiplier up to at least 2, which really makes it a 3x multiplier. Th...
It's a fun concept if you like games like "Luck be a Landlord", but right now the content just isn't there. Game balance seems quite off, as I won my first run and got 30/40 achievements in about 30 minutes.
lacking in content and not very challenging

Latest update broke the game. There is absolutely no challenge or strategy now. It feels like almost a guaranteed win.
Good mindless game with Balatro vibes. Would like more variety on the game, honestly felt pretty easy to beat the 10 rounds.
Beat the game in the first 45 minutes of play time, one round only. Got 30/40 achievements, most of which I'm not even sure how I got. Overall, it's fun. Pretty mind numbing. Not sure if I'll play it again though.
