Childhood game still lives up

The first game I ever played as a kid, a most precious gem.

For an action game, it's surprisingly cozy. If you don't like Ghost of Tsushima for being a sandbox and Sekiro for being a souls-like, play this.

Really just a game of my childhood, but nostalgia aside. This is such an amazing game. A great balance of linear progression and the ability to choose between various options of approaches. While all of it is optional, game features unlockable, gameplay-altering spells, crafting system for consumables and equipment and greatly designed levels that let you approach each situation however you want, literally, through mechanics such as stealth and parkour. The game feels very cozy, it has a beautiful artstyle and is very story rich, while also presenting a fair amount of challenge. As there are so many apporaches to playing it, which alters the difficulty of each situation drastically, the game can be enjoyed by both casual players and those that like testing their skills. I do dislike how the majority of the story is laid out to the player in the beginning cutscene, while the actual characters learn it in real time, but that is merely a design choice and does not actually diminish the ...

This used to be my favorite game back in 2009 glad i found it on steam upon seeing it i quickly buyed it but the next moment i started the game i regreted instantly no in game sound no matter how much i tweak the setting ,.... I bought it for nostalgia but money got wasted no update no patch nothing till today please fix sound..!!!!!!!!!!

Underrated

Fantastic game, loved playing this back in the Xbox 360 days and I recently replayed it with my nephew. Somewhere out in another world, there is a Mini Ninjas 2 with full multiplayer, all the ninjas, new enemies, and new spells. I still hold hope that the devs for this game look back onto it and give it some more love.

This game is very dear to me, being a super prominent game of my childhood. While I can't tell if I'm unable to see past my immensely strong bias, I think Mini Ninjas holds up really well in all regards, and it was just as wonderful and enjoyable to play through as an adult.
