I just can't recommend this game, Even for its price. Hatland Adventures is a runner where you gain hats as 1UPs. The game is enjoyable... Until you get to the second level. It's poorly designed considering the fact that you have something chasing behind you. There are multiple parts where you're forced to stop or you'll either take damage or die. I guess it's not a bad price to try it for yourself but I can't recommend it. I didn't have a lot of fun with it.

Well what's there to say.. You run from left to right avoiding enemies and obstacles collecting hats which may or may not give you special advantages or disadvantages. They all stack on top of each other which is clearly a reference to TF2. Anyhow, the level design is boring, the music seems to be made in a cheap Magix program and the dash controls are rather horrible. Cannot recommend.
no no no no no warning do not buy this game it is an i phone game hiding on steam just waiting for you to waste your money
It's a great game Kappa
Shitest game I've ever played.. Don't waste your precious time.
easily the most enjoyable hat-based platforming video game i've not realised was in my steam library made the last 8 minutes really feel like 4 goty.
Hats are fun. Controls suck.
Tags: Casual - Runner Additional Tags: Delete Local Content & Remove from Library TLDR: Very shoddily made runner type games where you keep cycling through little platforms and snakes and avoid the spikes. Everything is 2D Flash game grade assets with next to no animation. There is a double jump feature that works with a twin-stickish aimed dash but it is clunky to use, you will probably just set it and forget about changing the orientation. If it is set to anything vertical you will constantly jump way above the height limit of the game. Game is insanely repetitive, mind numbingly boring and you will soon zone out and start trying to speedrun it the way runners should be. But you wont be able to because of the trash controls. Otherwise you could potentially take it very slowly as the screen does not auto scroll but it feels like the most pointless thing you could be doing with your time, even doing dishes or staring out the window would be better than this
