About This Game

Icetwine is an immersive Ice Age builder where every drag-and-drop matters. Combine simple materials to craft advanced tools, machines, and structures that will help you create a thriving village amidst a frozen wilderness.

Experiment with basic resources like wood, stone, and iron to discover new items. For instance, merging a log of wood with a cluster of rocks might yield a Primitive Axe, kickstarting your journey toward more sophisticated constructions.

Design and expand your Ice Age settlement by constructing shelters, workshops, and farms. Grow food, cultivate vital resources, and even raise prehistoric creatures like dodos and mighty mammoths to support your burgeoning community.

But survival isn’t just about nature. Hostile enemy tribes can raid your village, threatening your hard-earned progress. Defend your people by crafting weapons and training warriors to protect your home. When the time comes, launch strategic counterattacks on rival villages to exact revenge and secure your dominance.

Every decision counts in the harsh Ice Age. Balance your resource gathering, crafting, and combat tactics to ensure your villagers have the tools, sustenance, and strength they need to survive the frozen challenges and fierce enemies ahead.

It's an interesting concept of a game, and I enjoyed playing the demo. Unfortunately; when you get into the full game - the rough edges show too much. 1. Save/Load functions - When loading a saved game: - all of my people had dropped their equipped items. - all of the tasks reset to day1 - every item you create generates a blueprint; even if you already know it. - Blueprints disappeared eg - task was to build a house... no house blueprint in the blueprint list, I had to look it up on the steam forum. 2. Scale - I figured 10 People was probably a good scale to be aiming for. - Food management is so manual and fiddly, is just becomes annoying, rather than fun. - Item management, you have buildings which create items. You have buildings which use those items. You cannot just pick up a stack from the former, and give to the latter, and they just keep producing till they run out. You have to manually load each item into a production building. Not so bad when you have one or two production...

Really disappointed I liked the game but it is currently unplayable with too many bugs. You can only progress so much until the blueprints tab is full and you can not see any more blueprints, no way to get rid of unwanted ones from your list. Even tried starting a new game, but list was still full. Tasks completed do not save between gaming sessions

This game is quite good and entertaining, it's just that there are still some bugs that need to be fixed, for example, the blueprint menu cannot be seen at the bottom if it is full and when exiting the game and re-entering to load all the blueprints disappear. For advanced items such as gold and diamonds, it is difficult to get. That's all, maybe thank you

I loved the cute demo and I am really enjoying the game. Clearly its a $5 game. You arent looking at a AAA feature here. Its a cute little basic simulator. I love that it becomes possible to not have to micro manage the food all day. I enjoy all the new things they have added. I WISH there was a way to lock certain things in place, rename people and building but maybe there is a future there. I had to force myself to close it in order to get other things done in my life

Its a fun Game but it can get tedious. I think the game would be a lot better if the farm didn't need constant management
