Short but fun and the little alien is so cute!

Visually the game is beautiful, but to get from point A to point B was extremely easy. Besides that, the game is really SHORT.

This is essentially a Flash-based hidden object game which tells the story of a newly hatched alien baby making its way into space. Gameplay is neither interesting nor difficult: it consists of solving simple puzzles by clicking on the right things, sometimes at the right time, in an environment that is occasionally too dark to distinguish some of the things that should be clicked on. Be prepared to spend some time clicking aimlessly/randomly, as the the game offers no indication as to the way forward. That said, The Old Tree recommends itself with its beautiful visual style, and a curious, strange and otherworldly environment. Despite the lacklustre gameplay, there's still a satisfying experience here. Overall, it's a nice way to kill 15 minutes, especially if you're looking for something out of the ordinary.

Short game at less than 20 mins. Would recommend for younger children and someone that has only a few minutes to kill waiting on their other to get ready. Cute. Not much story or difficulty.

This is a nice little point and click game where you have to clear the path for a little alien baby. It really is incredibly short. It took me 15 minutes and I think it would have taken even less time if I'd been able to click on some of the areas more easily. It's also quite dark which is a shame because the graphics are rather nice.

It's an alright game. Everything is really dark, which makes it hard to see anything on the screen.

Short, easy, pretty. Good for relaxing. Kids might be able to play, but may need some guidance due to the abstract nature of the game. Without a clear stated goal at the beginning you really don't know what's going on or what to do or even how to progress. For a short, straightforward game like this that's okay. Be curious. This game is too short to really enjoy, and there needs to be an option to increase the gamma. I had to mostly click blackness hoping to find the right objects.
