HOLD UP! before you buy: DO NOT get in over your head if you play solo. this is a chill game, but dont play in the hopes of making every single item on the menu because you will get overwhelmed. with making everything, keeping track of all thats in stock and trying to remove things from the menu when you run out will be a headache. give yourself a limit on tables; you can delete furniture later if its too much. tips are based on efficiency. if you quickly get them their food they tend to tip, as opposed to you making every order then getting it out after. this gets more prevalent when you have more tables! hopefully the ability to assign your employees to (espresso machine) or (baking x item) gets added, but im not the MOST hopeful. for the best expirence just play multiplayer, if it even works for you this game is playable, its comfy, it scratches the sim x bakery x coffeehouse itch

I really, really wanted to love this game. I like everything about it except all the bugs... There is just too many. The employees are extremely slow, get stuck constantly and it seems every time I have them deliver a tray to a table, the customer gets up and leaves, saying their order was wrong, even though it was correct. I'm really frustrated and upset that I can't play this game to it's full potential.
Game is very glitchy and still needs a lot of work. When playing multiplayer, the 2nd person tends to be invisible. The game itself is very laggy. I love games like this, but it just needs some more work before I can say it's worth it and recommend it to people. Also, customers are clipping through their clothes, A LOT, not just a little. And customers hands clip through their cups a lot. During character customization, one of the jackets is listed as blue, but it is very much pink. Just a lot of minor things that need fixed overall. Update: If you like achievements, those are atleast easy to get lol
53+ hours and zero crashes, so maybe it's just not great with some hardware. Fortunately not mine! This is a great little sim. I really enjoy baking things for my customers and challenging myself to see how many customers I can serve in a day. It has its quirks, but on the whole an extremely enjoyable play. Game remains in active development with more content expected soon. I can't wait to expand my recipe book!
I've been enjoying this game so far, can't wait to see where it goes!
TO MANY BUG ABOUT THE STUFF THAT WE HIRE,, AND CANT DELETE THE ITEM THAT WE HAVE BUY SUCH AS THE MONEY MACHINE
If you believe in '1 buck in price = 1 hour gameplay', than I cannot recommend this title, as I finished it under 10 hrs (including starting over), and bought it for 11,79. It's early access so I hope it's all subject to change, but I can feel a LOT more gAI in the game than just the 'steam capsule' (whatever that's supposed to be) incredibly buggy (actual gameplay wise) and/or vague controls etc finicky controls (not always intuitive) nothing to expand store wise machines are not upgradable, once you unlock it, that's it employee level ups/upgrades feel too weak to notice can't forbid employees from certain tasks - task prioritization doesn't seem to work/be effective no incentive to run a full menu, 1 drink / 1 baked good is plenty 2 seater tables count as 2 single seaters, so no bonus for bringing 2 orders at the same time, coincidentally, no way to carry 2 trays, always stuck doing everything singlehandedly can't carry the dirty plate tub to the sink - speaking of, why no disposa...
There are a lot of little things wrong that add up quickly. The worker I hired doesn't get to work for a long time, by which time I had already served 3 customers. When you're filling a cup with coffee, when the coffee is done being poured, you can't click on the cup unless you look away from the cup and then look back. When the text changes on something, it's blurry and hard to read. When you're unpacking a box of cups, sometimes you right click to place the cup onto a stack, and sometimes you left click - it's inconsistent.
This is an amazing game! I've been wanting to find a game like this and cannot wait to see what things get added in the future! I've played sooo many hours of this game already I've only had it a week!
I really enjoyed playing this game. It's refreshingly different from the usual simulator titles, which makes it motivating to keep playing. I'm excited to see how the game will continue to develop in the future. One area that I think could improve the gameplay experience (especially in single player mode) is employee functionality. Currently, employees are not able to bake dishes, which becomes quite challenging during busy customer rushes. It makes it nearly impossible to keep up with order preparation and restocking, and prevents me from expanding the menu with more dishes. Allowing employees to assist with baking in single player mode would really enhance the overall balance and playability of the game.
