Get the patch from the publisher's website. This game has NTR, so do what you will. The game has potential, but kind of fumbles the ball. The game is buggy, has crashes, is repetitive, very on that one. I could finish this game in one route, but there were crashes in others, so I had to start completly over in some playthroughs. If the game gets fixed, I can recommend it, but as it stands I cannot. 4/10, would be higher if fixed.
