Clever concept, and great puzzle design! I love that I can lazily leave my fingers on the keyboard and never have to reach for the mouse.

About This Game
Programming puzzle game, but YOU CAN'T TYPE. Navigate and run pre-existing lines of code to make your output match the goal! Watch out for bugs eating away your code!
Each level of You Are The Code consists of prewritten code. You get to choose which lines to run in order to match the desired output. Each time you move up or down a line, the bugs will advance and try to erase your code! In some cases, maybe that's not such a bad thing...

Such a fun and unique puzzle game! I really enjoyed this. Can't wait for more levels 🙂
Loved this so much, bought it day one in early access, the game has so much potential when it comes baba esque puzzles (iykyk), and clearly is moving in that direction. On top of that the puzzles currently here are great, they lead you twords the solution without giving it away really well. Finally keeping the entire game, UI and all in one consistent menu is such a cool design choice, really helps bring everything together in the best way possible.
I can't believe there are only a few comments here, this game deserves more attention than it currently has. Golden Puzzle game and can't wait to see more player made custom levels to be created and played. Edit: Finished the game in about 4.5 hours, got stuck for a very long time for the last chapter level 4, glad the DEV was able to help out in the discord channel. Overall its the best puzzle game I have played in awhile with a lot of surprisingly fun mechanics and ideas. 10/10
Excellent puzzle game where all the mechanics and interface are real programming commands (or adaptations of them) and their logic works perfectly. The amount and flow of new rules and commands tend to keep the puzzles on the simpler side (each chapter is short and doesn't fully explore the potential of the systems) but that is easily fixed with future content updates. Highly recommended for puzzlers fans programming connoisseurs
A fun game that plays with programming logic in interesting ways. Recommended.
Picked up the demo for this during the previous Next Fest and I'm really glad I did. Turning the framework of game code into a puzzle game is genius and the levels the game has to offer now make great use of that premise. There's a lot of mind boggling stuff here that'll make you feel like a genius for figuring out without being too overbearing. Despite the short run time for those who catch on quick it's absolutely worth the small price of admission as is. Though if you're on the fence about it the promise of more content on the way and how readily available the tools for community-made puzzles are should sweeten the deal further. Probably not a game you could come back to immediately after completing it while the solutions are still fresh in your mind (such is the universal curse of puzzle games) and it's only been out for a couple days so I obviously can't speak to its long-term replay value, but with how satisfying some of these problems were to crack the first go around I suspect ...
Really fun chill puzzle game would recommend for anyone that enjoy puzzle games and/or programming Game is really fun, the levels gets gradually harder over time. The difficulty curve is good. it gets harder before it feels like a chore. but not too fast that it feels like hitting a brick wall. new mechanics are introduced in a smooth way without it feeling like a tutorial The puzzles different enough from each other to make them interesting but not so different that it feels unfamiliar It runs well on Linux with proton when proton set to experimental
Yay, another great game from ThinkWithGames! It's a must-have if you love puzzles, even if you don't know much about programming. There's a good amount of content already and looks like there's more on the way. You can even make custom levels for other people to play - highly recommend this lil gem!
This game transports you into such a cool world that's so fun to get lost in! It's clear that a lot of thought was put into every detail, from the puzzles to the sound effects. Great overall!
