not an idler, no idea why its tagged as that, pretty fun short bullet hell challenge
Absolute slug fest and you can't express any skill - someone else put it better as a dream where none of your punches land. None of the upgrades are that noticeably meaningful and also increasingly tedious to earn. Can't totally recommend at the price, maybe give it a go if you like the concept.
perfect for listening to a podcast in the background
I saw complaints that the game gets overly grindy during the two minute mark in game however this was not my experience, of course the game has grinding it is an incremental type game. However it's simply a standard snowballing chain that eventually sees you break through into the next resource of the game allowing for the building to repeat. Besides there's a pretty high skill ceiling that I found very satisfying to do good in once learned with abilities to boost your survivability and further increase it. Problems of repetition are doubtful in my opinion because there are many break points in the game that prevent this such as the introduction of challenges, trading and as mentioned prior abilities. Trading needs to be in more games because I can not emphasise enough how grateful I am for this mechanic as it saves the incredible tedium of grinding for a certain resource while having millions of higher value ones you wish you could swap for. Challenges also present a multiplicative bu...
Small game, was able to 100% in just under 5 hours. Fun, lots of upgrades, gets a little grindy but that tends to be the formula in games like this. There is some replay ability with some boss challenges as well. Overall for the price its a decent little indie game.
Nice game
Simple loop, fun incremental
After insisting for 2 hours out of 4 total of gameplay to pass the 2:30 wall, I give up. I'm uninstalling this. To pass it, it would need a mix of incredible focus and multiple tries. When I play incremental games, I want to relax. The issue is that there's no way to progress at all at that point, not even slowly. It's not grind, it's a wall. Not fun, sorry.
After three hours, I don't know whether I recommend this or not. On the one hand, it feels like there's a story incoming, and it has a certain meditative quality to it (if I play late at night it's like a lullaby with achievements). On the other hand, I honestly can't tell whether I'm getting better or whether my improved times are just a combination of bonuses and luck, and it feels like a really, really slow grind either way.
