Fun and fashionable shmup : ) Stylistically, it resembles ZeroRanger: two-tone color palette, catchy chip tunes, and lots of mechas and robots. But the gameplay is completely different. Lilac 0 raises the risk-reward with the dash-katana mechanic (and the bonus "style" points it awards you). You can dash towards safety, but you can dash into a bullet or enemy hitbox almost as easily. You do clear out a small area of enemy bullets where your dash lands, but the AoE is tiny enough that its still a very "positional" dash (as opposed to a catch-all "parry"). What could have been a very broken, ezmode mechanic, has actually been tuned to play very well imo, which is extremely impressive. My only complaint is that the sound track could be more diverse -- but it's a relatively short shmup, so the feel of "one long prog rock song" works well enough.
