The art is excellent, the UI is slick and I enjoyed the simplicity of the systems for the most part, but the game is just...not fun. It just feels bleak and empty somehow, all the dungeons look the same, the enemy encounters feel like pop-ups rather than a part of the world. Heroes sharing the same pool of passive and always get +1 to all stats make them feel bland and samey. It also feels weird when your heroes take months long rests after every dungeon dive. A simple mission can take half a year to complete, which just removes any sense of urgency and realism
