i really like the dive jumping mechanic, but the movement seems at odds with the level design? the player character is slippery, stiff, and very difficult to control in the air, while the level design is mostly based around precision platforming, so instead of zooming around chaining jumps and dives and flips you spend most of the game standing still and lining up jumps hoping that your momentum doesn't carry you straight off the tiny platform you want to land on it's like 80% normal platformer 20% rage game, but it's still fun to experience the movement

It's a very fun idea that asks you to very carefully think about where and from where you want to jump, especially since falling down is a bit punishing. I hated it at first since it's hard to control and came round by the last third of the game, but it's not for everyone and platforming beginners will find it a bit too tough imo - a small tutorial-ish area that focuses on this mechanic guided by a tutorial crow could be a good way to help! Otherwise, you could end up in a tough area too early and get really frustrated by some of the hardest jumps in the game without having had time t...
